The May Dataquick numbers are out and, as expected, home values are dropping significantly – condos and new homes have dropped 13.1% in value while resale homes only 2.9%. Here in sunny Anaheim Hills, North Orange County, California the news is about the same as the rest of Orange County with median home values (92808 and 92807 zip codes) staying-the-course at about $433,500. This Realtor anticipates another 7% decrease in the sales median by end of the years – settling at $403,000 or so.
